Role Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team and help build a ServiceNow custom application that enhances user experience and streamlines workflows. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on UI development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks. - Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration. - Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and relationships. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - ServiceNow CSA Certified. - ServiceNow CAD Certified. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Integration Specialist) are a plus. Requirements - Experience with AngularJS or other JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with ServiceNow CMS (Content Management System) and Employee Self Service (ESS) portals. - Experience with ServiceNow WSD. - Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM). Responsibilities - Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches. - Design and implement a user-friendly ServiceNow Storefront UI that meets business requirements. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the storefront aligns with organizational goals. - Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI pages, UI actions, and ACLs. - Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools. - Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the storefront.
