• Establish, lead, and continuously mature Catalight’s enterprise data governance program, policies, standards, and operating model • Define governance frameworks for data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, access management, retention, and lifecycle management • Develop governance roadmaps and maturity strategies aligned with Catalight’s analytics, AI/ML, and data democratization objectives • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HIPAA, PHI, PII, and healthcare data governance requirements within the Data & Analytics organization • Define and enforce data classification, handling, retention, masking, and access control standards for sensitive healthcare data • Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure data governance practices align with regulatory and organizational requirements • Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, risk assessments, and remediation efforts related to healthcare and regulated data • Establish governance controls to ensure appropriate segregation and protection of sensitive and non-sensitive analytical environments

• CI&T is expanding its work in conversational artificial intelligence solutions to transform our client's digital customer service in the telecommunications sector. • We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to lead the intelligence layer of a strategic project that will implement an end-to-end generative AI solution to carry out sales journeys and personalized offers through text channels. • This professional will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and quality of AI agent responses. • The position requires a balance between deep technical expertise in language models, a strategic vision for conversational quality, and the ability to translate business requirements into auditable safety policies. • Monitor and optimize conversational quality metrics, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), fallback rates, and response accuracy. • Conduct A/B tests of prompts and language models for continuous improvement of the conversational experience.

• Develop and iterate measurement strategies, ensuring alignment with CX frameworks and California performance goals. • Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to produce holistic views of performance and impact. • Create clear, actionable data artifacts—such as dashboards, reports, diagrams, and interactive tools—to support strategic planning and decision-making across VA leadership and product teams. • Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their information needs, identify data gaps, and co-develop strategies to improve data quality and completeness. • Keep abreast of the latest developments in data science; bring good practices into a constrained technical and policy environment – with a strong commitment to accessibility. • Work with the MO capability teams to advance how human-centered design (HCD) integrates data in strategic storytelling.
