• Lead the team of Content Leads and Content Analysts, developing talent and raising the technical quality of deliverables • Ensure execution of performance-oriented content strategies (traffic, conversion, and revenue) adapted to a multi-format context (text, images, video) • Define and evolve methodologies, processes, and quality criteria for deliverables • Manage the client portfolio, prioritizing requests with a focus on business impact • Lead interactions with strategic clients and more complex scenarios • Promote integration with teams such as media, data, and CRO to amplify results • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, communication, and deliverables • Lead adoption of new technologies, especially AI applied to content production and strategy • Drive internal projects that contribute to the area's development and operational scalability

• Realizar auditorias de SEO técnico para clientes de diferentes segmentos e tamanhos com foco em resultados • Realizar recomendações de SEO técnico com foco em otimização de site, blog e/ou lojas virtuais de clientes • Acompanhar importantes métricas de SEO, incluindo velocidade de carregamento, engajamento e taxas de rejeição • Realizar homologações para implementações feitas pelos clientes e responder dúvidas técnicas • Contribuir com os treinamentos internos da área • Monitorar o desempenho das estratégias aplicadas e produzir os relatórios • Reportar ao time de atendimento o status de cada atividade e responder dúvidas técnicas, internas ou externas • Atuar como interface com outros times, atendimento e time de SEO técnico, sempre levando, da forma mais clara possível, as informações relevantes para as tomadas de decisões • Participação e apresentação em reuniões internas • Seguir as tendências de SEO e se manter atualizado sobre novas ferramentas e práticas • Contribuir para a evolução dos processos da área • Realizar análises e identificar oportunidades de melhorias técnicas nos sites/blogs/lojas virtuais dos clientes • Implementar otimizações de SEO em sites/blogs de clientes • Inserção de CTAs, além de auxiliar no monitoramento e coleta de dados a partir dessa implementação
