Qualifications - Bachelor’s level degree or higher in business administration, accounting or other business-related field from an accredited college or university. - Minimum Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Requirements - Must be a US Citizen (MUST). - Must be eligible to possess MBI (IRS Background Investigation) clearance. Active IRS MBI clearance is preferred. - Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations. - Experience in designing systems and procedures. - Conduct work simplification and measurement studies. - Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively in a government environment.
