• Solution Consultants play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of OnePlan. You will guide customers through discovery, implementation, and adoption, ensuring the solutions we deliver align with their strategy and create measurable value. • Leading discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into OnePlan configurations • Implementing and integrating PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, or Smartsheet • Configuring portfolios, project plans, resource plans, and financial tracking to support strategic prioritization and delivery • Using Microsoft technologies such as Project, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to extend solutions and connect with client ecosystems • Partnering with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through adoption • Delivering workshops, demos, and presentations that show clients the possibilities of their solutions • Managing solution rollouts in a remote setting while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Clarity PPM, Planview, or Smartsheet, in a SaaS or consulting environment
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 with experience integrating them into broader solutions
- Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning, time tracking, benefits realization, and resource management
- Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations and deliver outcome-based solutions
- Professionalism and resilience when navigating complex client environments or challenging situations
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client engagements in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills

The Role Arity is seeking a Cloud Platform Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Operational Data Management team within Engineering. This is a fully remote position. In this role, you will design, build, deploy, and operate cloud-native data infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform while bringing deep hands-on expertise in databases, data streaming, and distributed systems. You will ensure the platforms that ingest, store, and serve billions of miles of driving data remain resilient, observable, and cost-efficient-directly enabling Arity's products and the customers who rely on them to make smarter transportation decisions. The ideal candidate combines cloud engineering mastery with strong database and streaming fundamentals, advanced production-grade coding skills in Python, and demonstrated hands-on experience building AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to streamline DevOps workflows. • Conduct hands-on compliance audits and testing of digital platforms for adherence to global regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, DSA, DMA, UK OSA, and SC AADC • Design and execute independent audit methodologies and testing protocols to assess user protection mechanisms, content moderation systems, and data handling practices • Test privacy-by-design mechanisms, such as data collection, processing, retention, and deletion mechanisms to verify compliance with user consent and data minimization requirements • Audit child safety protections and age verification mechanisms for COPPA compliance and child exploitation prevention measures • Test content moderation systems and harmful content detection capabilities for effectiveness and fairness across user communities • Audit algorithmic decision-making systems for discriminatory outcomes and test transparency and explainability in automated systems • Present assessment findings, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients and their leadership through executive briefings and detailed reports • Support other security and privacy consulting engagements when necessary to maintain team capacity
Role Description We are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Team. In this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional support for our existing customer base and assist with new Sage Intacct implementations. Using prior experience, training, and education, the ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication and work closely with customers and other Gray, Gray & Gray team members to resolve challenges and improve customer processes. This is a client-facing role that requires a deep knowledge of construction ERP solutions coupled with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities of this role include the following: - Perform business requirements analysis and documentation into functional requirements, process statement of work format for customer acceptance - Train end users on the Sage Intacct system and provide technical support to customers - Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools, and assist with data conversions - Setup and configure third party integration tools - Recognize functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code and ISV solutions - Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are being met - Manage complex projects from beginning to end - Research and/or escalate complex software issues to identify improvements and opportunities - Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs - Travel to customers as necessary - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred, performing Intacct implementations and/or end user experience - Accounting experience with excellent understanding of financial software - Sage Intacct Construction preferred - Experience with other ERP packages is a plus, but not required Requirements - Ability to successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities - Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented - Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Excellent writing, editing, listening and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated, ambitious, willingness to learn, adapt, and excel - Superior time management and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities independently - Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines - Knowledge of construction accounting and project costing
