• Serve as the Owner's architectural SME and trusted advisor throughout planning, design, construction, and project execution phases. • Partner with internal stakeholder teams, design consultants, construction management firms, and general contractors to administer design documentation and ensure compliance with Owner standards and project objectives. • Provide technical direction and comprehensive reviews of architectural design packages with a focus on life safety and egress requirements, ADA compliance, signage programs, site planning, and core data center building design. • Develop, maintain, and enhance architectural design standards, campus planning guidelines, and prototype building templates to support consistency and scalability across projects. • Lead technical reviews of consultant deliverables at key design milestones, providing detailed peer-review feedback on Basis of Design (BOD) documents and 30%, 65%, and 100% construction documentation packages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related design discipline
- 7+ years of architectural design experience supporting large-scale industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or advanced technology facilities
- Strong understanding of complex building systems, including high-performance building envelopes, structural coordination, and life safety/fire-rated assemblies
- Expert knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, ADA requirements, and local planning frameworks
- 10+ years of professional architectural consulting experience, including service as an Owner's Representative (preferred)
- Direct experience supporting data center infrastructure, command centers, or large-scale utility campuses (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in campus master planning, site massing, and complex space programming initiatives (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with BIM and Revit workflows, including cross-disciplinary model coordination and clash detection (preferred)
- Professional architectural registration or licensure (RA, AIA, or equivalent) strongly preferred

Role Description This role is responsible for supervising a team of data engineers in the development, deployment, and maintenance of data pipelines and enterprise data solutions. The role combines direct technical contribution with first-level people leadership, coordinating sprint-based delivery and ensuring team output is consistent with established development, documentation, and governance standards. Responsibilities - Supervises a team of data engineers; supports performance management, facilitates career development conversations, and coordinates day-to-day team operations. - Plans and manages sprint-based delivery of data-products; owns backlog prioritization for the team in partnership with stakeholders. - Develops, evaluates, and tests data pipeline solutions that transform and integrate source data into structured, enterprise-ready data assets materialized in an enterprise data warehouse. - Maintains data catalog entries, monitors source freshness, and leads incident response for team-owned pipelines. - Sets and enforces development standards for the team, including testing requirements, documentation conventions, and deployment processes; reviews and approves pull requests and data engineering outputs for consistency with enterprise patterns. - Owns data governance for the team’s domain, including access control, data classification, PII handling, and usage monitoring, ensuring alignment with applicable privacy requirements. - Reviews data requirements from business and technical stakeholders and surfaces findings and recommendations to support informed delivery decisions.
