• Support the end-to-end purchasing process, from managing the Coupa platform and ensuring smooth transactional efficiency. • Take the lead for internal and external Coupa questions to support the business. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts. • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery delays. • Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and new supplier partnerships. • Serve as a primary resource for internal department partners. • Partner with the comprehensive Procurement department to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including overseeing the RFP process
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Coupa, ERP software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
