• Solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic problems • Build and tune predictive or NLP models • Design data pipelines to support scalable solutions • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders • Work with large, complex datasets and connect data from multiple sources • Develop production-ready models that drive measurable business outcomes • Serve as a trusted advisor and leader across the organization • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape data strategy • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences and mentor junior data scientists.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience developing and delivering data science solutions in a production environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning, data analysis, and automation
  • Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems through APIs
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, predictive modeling, and analytical methodologies
  • Experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
