Role Description We're looking for a Creative Producer to run the production of our paid social ads. This includes: - Sourcing and managing external videographers and editors - Setting up efficient workflows - Building a sustainable weekly production cycle - Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager on ideas and creative direction - Collaborating with our in-house writers team on scripts and messaging Responsibilities: - Find external freelance videographers and editors, building a reliable external roster you can call on consistently - Establish and maintain a stable weekly production cycle - Work with the internal writers team on scripts - Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Creative Strategist on generating ad concepts - Oversee all filming by external videographers and, when needed, by the internal team - Oversee all editing by external editors, reviewing cuts in detail and giving feedback Qualifications - 3+ years in a creative or content production role, ideally with experience producing paid ad content - Deep working knowledge of video production: ability to discuss framing, lighting, and shot composition with videographers, as well as pacing and cuts with editors - Proven track record managing freelance videographers and editors end to end, from first contact to final delivery - Genuine interest in tech products and content around them Benefits - Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world - All necessary equipment for a comfortable working environment provided - Benefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions - A five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day Company Description We are the creators of Flipper Zero - a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers.
