• Meta Ads – Conceptualize and edit high-performing video ads for Meta and other platforms that captivate our target audience. • Motion Design & Effects – Use After Effects and motion graphics to give ads a true wow factor. • UGC Content Editing – Process creator material into high-converting ads. • Online Shop & Branding – Support the visual design of shop graphics and creatives for our brand.
Job Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Confident with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Experience with motion graphics and special effects for high-quality visuals.
- Understanding of UGC content and the editing of creator material.
- Ideally, initial experience in the fashion sector and a good sense for visual trends.
- Plus: Knowledge of Canva or CapCut for fast, performance-oriented video edits.
- An excellent eye for design and the ability to purposefully optimize ads.
- Creativity, self-responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.

Role Description As a Creative Video Editor & Motion Designer, you will help shape the narrative of our content, including story flow, content angles, messaging, and the emotional impact of the final output. This role requires a high level of creative judgment, initiative, and ownership. You will bring demonstrated experience in content ideation, storytelling, and creative direction—not just strong technical editing skills. You understand when to use restraint rather than relying on flashy editing techniques, and you have a strong appreciation for intelligent storytelling, premium visual language, and emotionally natural pacing. You can create content that feels cinematic while remaining native to modern social platforms, delivering engaging and impactful stories that align with contemporary brand standards.
