• Edit and produce high-quality video content, including short-form social media videos, founder-led thought leadership content, client testimonials, project showcase films, and animated brand videos • Create engaging LinkedIn and META content tailored to platform-specific audiences and objectives • Develop motion graphics, animated elements, and typography-driven edits that enhance storytelling and brand messaging • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to improve the effectiveness and impact of video content • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail • Edit footage provided by the Australian-based creative team and deliver polished final assets within agreed timelines • Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions to ensure all content meets creative and business objectives
Job Requirements
- Strong editing instincts with an excellent sense of pacing and storytelling
- Solid understanding of modern brand storytelling and content creation
- Ability to create clean, polished, and premium-quality motion graphics
- Strong eye for typography, transitions, visual consistency, and music selection
- Understanding of social-first content and platform-specific best practices
- Experience editing content for LinkedIn, META, websites, and other digital channels
- Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and proactively contribute creative ideas
- Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining and applying each brand's unique guidelines in video content
- Must have own equipment
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Motion graphics and kinetic typography animation
- Sound editing, audio enhancement, and music selection
- Colour correction and colour grading
- Social media formatting, optimisation, and export workflows
- Experience creating content for architecture, interior design, lifestyle, or branding-focused businesses
- Previous agency, studio, or commercial video editing experience
- Strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Ability to contribute creative concepts, content ideas, and storytelling direction
- Experience with Cinema 4D
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with Figma
- Experience using AI-powered tools and AI-assisted editing workflows
