• The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst is responsible for owning and orchestrating Teravision’s end-to-end demand generation and revenue marketing engine. • This role operates at the intersection of CRM operations, demand generation, automation, outbound, SEO, website optimization, and growth experimentation, ensuring marketing initiatives directly translate into qualified pipeline and revenue impact. • This is a highly hands-on role with strong strategic ownership, combining leadership, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations.
- Proven ability to design and govern marketing automation at scale.
- Experience leading external agencies and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic understanding of SEO, website optimization, outbound, and paid acquisition.
- Comfort using AI-assisted and vibe coding approaches to accelerate website and growth execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously while influencing Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms: HubSpot, Apollo, Make, HubSpot Workflows, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, ChatGPT, Lovable, Freepik AI, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
