Qualifications - Enrolled student in the fields of computer science, information security, business informatics, or a related field. - Strong interest in IT operations, information security, and structured operational processes. - Ability to translate technical and process-related topics into clear, structured, and understandable documentation. - Comfort with taking ownership of assigned tasks and smaller projects and delivering them in a dependable, well-organized way. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to finding practical solutions in day-to-day IT work. - Very good English skills; German language skills would be a plus.
