Role Description The Sales Account Manager Construction Unit Spain is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers, existing or potential dealers. His job involves negotiation, communication, and understanding customer needs. He may also need to identify new business opportunities and work on product development projects (Machine Control, Rotating Lasers, Geo in Construction). - Act as the primary contact for assigned clients in his assigned territory - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and monthly and annual forecasts) - Prepare reports on account status and weekly activities - Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory - Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction in sales process Qualifications - Several years of working experience in a similar position - Professional background in sales - Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, written and verbal - Well-organized, accurate and thorough work, self-directed team player - Willingness to travel across Spain approximately 60% of the working time Requirements - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, as well as creative problem-solving skills - Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at a variety of levels - Understands to prioritize for project completion and monitoring progress - Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration - Solid knowledge and experience in applying strategy to the market - Advanced skills in PowerPoint is a ‘must have’ Company Description Topcon Positioning Group is headquartered in Livermore, California, USA.
