Field Service Manager
ELOVATE
• Lead and manage regional field technicians supporting fixed and mobile automated enforcement systems. • Ensure camera uptime meets or exceeds contractual SLAs. • Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, calibration cycles, and system certifications. • Ensure timely response to outages, equipment failures, and municipality escalations. • Conduct field audits and quality assurance inspections. • Ensure all equipment meets state and municipal regulatory requirements. • Oversee proper documentation for calibration, maintenance logs, and chain-of-custody protocols. • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on audit requests or evidentiary inquiries. • Serve as operational point of contact for municipal clients within region. • Support contract renewals by ensuring service reliability and responsiveness. • Monitor KPIs including camera uptime %, Mean time to repair (MTTR), SLA response compliance, and safety metrics. • Drive corrective action plans when performance gaps are identified. • Hire, train, and develop field technicians specializing in enforcement hardware and roadside infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of field service operations experience
- 3–5+ years leading distributed technical teams
- Experience supporting roadside infrastructure, traffic systems, or municipal contracts
- Strong knowledge of SLA-driven service environments
- Experience managing field safety in active roadway environments

Role Description - Own the SCF solution delivery lifecycle across discovery, design (client-guided), build, SIT/UAT, and rollout. - Conduct business discovery and fit–gap analysis for SCF flows: invoice ingestion, validation, discounting, settlement, reconciliation, onboarding. - Map current-state vs. target-state SCF processes for anchors, suppliers, finance/operations, and risk. - Design product configurations, extensions, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERPs, payment rails, e-invoicing, bureaus/KYC utilities). - Govern delivery with epics, solution backlog, acceptance criteria, and sprint-level clarity. - Partner with Product to shape the enhancement and regulatory roadmap. - Lead solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and sign-offs with key business and technical stakeholders. - Define test strategy & traceability from requirements → designs → test scenarios → UAT → production readiness. - Own rollout planning, change management, training, and user adoption. - Ensure compliance with regional and global KYC/AML, sanctions, data privacy (GDPR), factoring/assignment, and accounting standards.
