Role Description We are looking for a highly collaborative Product Owner with strong UX understanding to lead the development of user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with UX thinking—ensuring feature development is aligned with user expectations, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into clear product requirements and deliver intuitive, high-quality features. - Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals, user needs, and market requirements. - Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure product features follow UX best practices, usability standards, and user journey insights. - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. - Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support technical feasibility discussions. - Conduct product discovery sessions, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement. - Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions with cross-functional teams. - Ensure product deliverables align with user needs, quality standards, and roadmap timelines. - Monitor product performance using analytics and recommend actionable improvements. - Support stakeholders with progress updates, demos, and product presentations. - Improve the overall user experience by driving UX enhancements and data-driven decisions. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a product-focused role. - Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and user experience strategy. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, engineering, and business. - Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. - Ability to analyze data, interpret user behavior, and drive product decisions. - Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Experience with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Background in usability testing, user research, or design thinking workshops. - Familiarity with technical environments, APIs, or software development processes. - Experience in managing digital platforms, web/mobile apps, or enterprise products. - Certifications like CSPO, PSPO, or UX certifications (optional). Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, UX Design, Engineering, or related field.
