Duties include: design and develop data solutions using industry leading tools, technologies and best practices to profile data and develop efficient ingestion by sourcing data from PBM, Specialty, Retail, and/or HealthCare business; develop advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios, predict outcomes, and provide usable information on health metrics and potential future outcomes; utilize data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and manipulate data from multiple large data sources and deliver predictive models that inform solutions for in-house teams (i.e. pharmacy pricing, medical costs, risk scores, onboarding) and customer engagement across critical journeys (i.e. calories, heart rate, breast cancer, maternity); utilize data-oriented programming languages and visualization software to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms and solve complex business problems; visualize and interpret data and create reports, manipulate data using statistical software, and compare models using statistical performance metrics; and support deployment of insights across multiple channels using analysis methods, machine learning, and statistical analyses. Hybrid position: remote work permitted but must live within commuting distance of designated office location and remain available to report to office as needed and required. Multiple positions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: • Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources for health care industry, products, or systems; • Marketing analytics, clinical trials, or health research; • Machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling; • Programming in R, Hadoop, or Python; • SAS or SQL programming languages; • Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau; • Tools to automate CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GIT, or Control-M; • "Big data" platforms including Hadoop (Azure, GCP, or AWS); • Designing data architectures, including data pipelines, distributed computing engines, or machine learning infrastructure design; • Machine learning operations, including model versioning and monitoring; • Writing Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes; • Large-scale Spark, Data Warehouse, or Big Data implementation • Quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, and pattern recognition; and • Large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives. Pay Range: $97906.00/year to $173040.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Role Description This full-time position supports the Test Resource Management System (TRMS) of the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) in Patuxent River, MD. TRMS is an internally developed, critical software application that tracks all test events supported by ATR and their associated schedules and range resources. ATR is the U.S. Navy’s East Coast open air test range and provides real-time test and evaluation (T&E) services including data acquisition to DoD and commercial customers for aircraft and weapons system testing and fleet training exercises.
