Your role will be: - Developing and maintaining core features of the Trax iOS application used by retail field teams worldwide. - Acting as the technical counterpart to the Mobile Engineering Manager — driving architecture decisions, code quality standards, and technical direction for the iOS team. - Mentoring and supporting fellow engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance. - Collaborating closely with Android, QA, backend, and ML/IR teams across the US, Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine. - Contributing to cross-team technical discussions, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization. - Identifying and driving improvements in build pipelines, testing strategies, and development workflows. - Experimenting with emerging iOS technologies, including on-device ML, and camera/AR integrations. Requirements - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane). - Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite). - Experience with ARKit or camera-based capture workflows. - Background in retail tech, field service, or enterprise mobile applications. - Experience profiling and optimizing app performance, battery usage, and network efficiency. - Familiarity with cross-platform considerations (coordinating with Android/Kotlin teams on shared features). Benefits - Full remote or hybrid work from our cozy office in Krakow. - The option to enroll in a medical package on preferential terms. - Subsidized English language courses. - Company-provided work equipment. - Opportunities for internal growth and career development. - Access to internal learning resources.
