• Organize and coordinate the workflow between departments; • Ensure requests are properly assigned and tracked through to final delivery; • Monitor deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery; • Facilitate communication between teams to prevent rework and misalignment; • Identify process bottlenecks and propose operational improvements; • Act as a bridge between departments, promoting efficiency and productivity in the agency's internal routines.

Job Requirements

  • Experience organizing content schedules or editorial agendas for multidisciplinary teams;
  • Familiarity with agency routines and ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning sessions);
  • Experience at marketing/advertising agencies as a traffic manager or project manager;
  • Degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing (completed or in progress);
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent requests;
  • Proficiency with task and project management tools (e.g., Runrun.it, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.);
  • Preferred: MBA or specialization in project management.
