• Provide executional leadership for automation projects impacting North America Supply Chain • Drive the development and execution of North America Automation capital projects • Collaborate with procurement and management to drive strategic project metrics • Coach, mentor and manage TSPs and Project team members • Ensure all work complies with Corporate Safety, Regulatory, and Quality requirements • Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines • Lead design discussions with Mill and Central teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related)
  • Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a distribution or manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation
  • Flexibility to travel >50% as dictated by business need
