Role Description We are seeking a Replenishment Solutions Data Analyst to support supply chain optimization and reporting functions. This role involves: - Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. - Developing insights to support business decisions and validate hypotheses for optimizing supply chain processes. - Working with proof-of-concept data to assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions. - Creating and refining analytical models, scenario planning tools, and reporting dashboards. - Translating business requirements into data-driven solutions by leveraging SQL, Excel, and analytical tools. - Prototyping tools and automating processes to enhance supply chain operations and efficiency. - Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets. - Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation. - Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into analytical insights. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders. - Familiarity with business intelligence tools and reporting automation (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).
