Director – AI-Enabled Workplace Process Automation

• The Director, AI-Enabled Workplace Process Automation is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation systems. • This role eliminates manual tasks and processes that limit transformation velocity. • Develop autonomous workflows and agents for recurring operational tasks. • Partner with JLLT to build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems for complex workflows. • Own the quality, reliability, and governance of all AI automation systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or AI/ML engineering with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based coding agents in a production environment.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI agent systems and automated workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST integrations , and enterprise data pipeline design.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments.
- Ability to work independently — own projects end-to-end from scoping through deployment and iteration.
