Qualifications - 3+ years shipping production React + Node.js applications. - A portfolio of shipped web apps — share links and a short note on your role and what you built. - Real security experience — auth (OAuth2/JWT), input validation, rate limiting, secrets/env hygiene, encryption at rest & in transit, OWASP Top 10 awareness, and genuinely understanding how apps get breached. - Hands-on OCR / document data-extraction experience (Preferably experience with tesseract). - Strong backend fundamentals — API design, PostgreSQL data modeling, async job processing. - Scaling fundamentals — caching (Redis), queueing, horizontal scaling. - Comfortable on Vercel + Railway and modern CI/CD. - Strong English, written and verbal.
