Role Description In this role, you will support program management operations within a large-scale Customer Success organization, helping drive alignment and execution across cross-functional initiatives. You will play a key role in managing the rhythm of business, ensuring programs are prioritized effectively, and enabling collaboration across multiple solution areas. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Support program management efforts for cross-functional initiatives impacting multiple solution areas. - Assist with rhythm of business activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on key programs. - Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans, timelines, and deliverables to achieve organizational goals. - Facilitate communication across stakeholders, including leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams. - Prepare and present reports, updates, and findings to stakeholders. - Analyze resource requirements, timelines, and project feasibility to support decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., business, marketing, operations) to align on program objectives and execution. - Track progress and ensure accountability on deliverables and milestones. - Support documentation, process improvements, and program governance activities. - Review project-related materials such as plans, cost estimates, and program documentation. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of program management experience in a business or non-IT environment. - 3–5+ years of experience using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). - 3–5+ years of experience working with SharePoint for collaboration and document management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Experience supporting cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment. - Knowledge of business and management principles, including planning, resource allocation, and execution. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in a large, global, or enterprise-scale organization. - Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project tracking tools (1+ year preferred). - Demonstrated ability to manage rhythm of business processes or operational cadences. - Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills. - Self-directed with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution. Compensation Information At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $48.06- $50.96 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. • Own the end-to-end performance of Repair & Replacement (R&R), providing strategic oversight across the full lifecycle from diagnosis to sourcing, ordering, and resolution. • Establish and execute against team-level goals, ensuring alignment to business priorities, financial targets, and customer experience outcomes. • Lead performance against key business and customer metrics, including Repair Resolution Mix, Truck Roll Success Rates, Parts Costs, Out of Stock Rate, Replacement Resolution Mix, Replacement Severity, and Replacement NPS. • Develop performance frameworks and reporting to monitor outcomes, proactively identify risks, and drive accountability across the team and stakeholders. • Define and execute improvements in sourcing strategy, enabling agents to use both traditional and nontraditional sourcing methodologies to reduce parts costs, improve parts stock levels, and increase ordering accuracy. • Identify and resolve complex operational challenges by implementing scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce variability, and enhance service delivery. • Establish and reinforce consistent standards, processes, and operational rigor across all states of the R&R lifecycle. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring sustainability of gains and ongoing optimization of performance. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, CX, Finance, and external partners to identify systemic blockers and drive solutions. • Strengthen distributor and replacement provider relationships to improve availability, speed, and quality in support of customer expectations. • Influence cross-functional priorities and decision-making through clear, data-driven insights and structured problem solving. • Lead, coach and develop a team of employees, translating strategic priorities into clear goals, roles, and expectations. • Manage team performance including prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery against objectives. • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous development. • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning to support individual growth and capability building. • Build team capabilities in analytics, operational problem-solving, and stakeholder management to strengthen overall function impact.

• Perform diagnostics based on data analyses, KPIs, etc., for business areas across companies in diverse industries • Develop management and executive presentations with the results of the conducted process diagnostics and prepare the presentation • Define and evaluate process improvement initiatives for the analyzed processes, design implementation plans and monitor the results achieved • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with area stakeholders to map processes, identify deviations/bottlenecks and root causes • Support scope control and escalation management to ensure adherence to schedule and scope • Work as part of a team and communicate assertively • Act as the project reference, proposing solutions and proactively supporting project demands • Interact with the project team, the client and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs; able to define and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and develop/apply action plans for stakeholder management • Support other consultants with project tasks • Analyze documents, databases/reports and build analyses
