Role Description ExtraMile is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Franchise Development Specialist to drive franchise growth throughout Florida. This remote, field-based sales role serves as the primary representative of the ExtraMile brand within Chevron and Texaco’s Marketer-Served (Wholesale Fuels Distributor) network. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will: - Cultivate relationships with prospective franchisees - Communicate the value of the ExtraMile franchise opportunity - Generate new business opportunities that support long-term growth The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at delivering compelling presentations and managing a sales pipeline independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred - 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience - Experience in retail operations, retail marketing, franchising, convenience stores, or related industries preferred - Proven success selling a brand, franchise opportunity, or consultative business solution - Understanding of franchise business models and multi-unit retail operations - Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms - Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Florida - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record Requirements - Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees - Present and promote the ExtraMile franchise opportunity through meetings, presentations, site visits, and industry events - Generate and qualify new franchise development leads within assigned territories - Manage the sales process from initial contact through franchise award - Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support franchise development initiatives - Represent the ExtraMile brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities - Perform other duties as assigned Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off (PTO) - Paid holidays - Professional development opportunities - Additional company-sponsored benefits
