Radon Consultant – Independent Contractor
AEI Consultants
• Independent Consultant responsibilities include performing AARST compliant radon measurements in multi-family, skilled nursing facilities, and other commercial buildings. • Conduct radon measurements per current AARST protocol for multi-family and large buildings • Careful and accurate documentation of device serial numbers, time, and testing location to be communicated to AEI’s radon team as well as on a digital chain-of-custody
Job Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Professional when interacting with tenants, property management, and any other personnel involved with the project
- Must have firm grasp of spoken and written English
- Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and able to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines
- California Independent Contractors required to follow guidelines per AB5 Legislation
- NRPP certification or NRSB certification
- State licenses where applicable is a bonus
Benefits
- Fees for Independent Contract (1099) work are per-project and are based on the service and project type.
