Senior UX/UI Designer

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience. • Collaborate across disciplines—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives. • Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision. • Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions. • Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards. • Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eleven (10) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
