• Scheduler manages complex project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, analyze progress and risks, and support decision-making through forecasting and scenario planning • Close collaboration with project teams, reporting on schedule performance, and contributing to claims or dispute analysis • Provide leadership by mentoring junior staff and establishing scheduling best practices • Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies • Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance • Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule • Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims • Participate in change order negotiations • Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses • Identify schedule related problems which arise during project execution and recommend corrective actions and creative solutions • Conduct construction/project site visits for progress reporting • Review contractor’s weekly and monthly schedule progress, prepare narrative of findings, submit and present to management for decision making • Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules • Perform cost analysis in support of design and construction phases of capital projects. Analyze actual expenditures versus budget performance • Prepare cost loaded schedule to support comprehensive cash flow projections • Understand, interpret and apply contracts, policies and procedures within Build LACCD guidelines • Communicate effectively orally and in writing • Excellent oral and written communication • Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Develop GSA-focused marketing plans targeting federal agencies, integrators, and government contractors. • Manage the GSA product portfolio in partnership with Purchasing, including inventory oversight and compliance with GSA requirements. • Lead project management activities including presale discovery, onsite surveys, quoting, and post-sale support. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with federal agencies, contractors, and vendor partners. • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key decision makers within the GSA ecosystem. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical support to internal and external customers. • Support marketing efforts such as government trade shows, federal procurement events, and vendor-led programs.

• Generates new business opportunities and manages a customer portfolio defined in the business plan • Delivers exceptional service in managing his/her book of business and building client relationships • Partners with internal Portfolio Management and Research to fully understand market narrative, manager selection and monitoring, strategy decisions, and effectively communicate recommendations • Regularly meets with clients for on-going plan/investment reviews • Educates and communicates with clients about market conditions, plan/account investments, performance, strategy, changes in regulatory or tax environment, and other factors which may influence plan decisions • Provides consultation to plan sponsors on the development of a participant education program to support the client’s objectives • Facilitates or delivers participant education and advice • Creates and maintains networking relationships to create a pipeline of business • Achieves annual new business revenue goals for assigned accounts and/or territory • Maintains client information in a CRM tool • Understands the benefits of products and effectively differentiate UMB's Retirement Services from the competition • Provides interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed while partnering with bank leadership and other departments • Performs other duties as assigned.
