• Lead daily monitoring efforts across traditional and social media—track and analyze coverage, trends, and reporter activity relevant to client industries • Prepare concise reports and executive summaries that distill complex trends into clear, actionable insights and summaries for clients and account teams • Conduct competitive, market, and audience research to inform client strategies and identify emerging opportunities • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and industries; actively follow and understand emerging issues, trends and news impacting your clients’ business • Work closely with account teams to deliver timely, accurate insights in support of client initiatives • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and agency departments to gather and synthesize data, ensuring the highest standards of quality and relevance • Contribute to team brainstorms and strategic sessions by bringing a research-driven perspective to idea generation
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience serving in a full-time role either in a public relations agency or the communications department of a company in a relevant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, a related field or in the liberal arts
- Ability to work from 8am-5pm ET
- Maintain a professional, client-ready demeanor and presence; keep a high standard of etiquette in all communications and interactions
- Superior oral and written communication skills; great eye for consistency and proofreading skills
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven storytelling.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital and social media and how they work together with traditional media relations
- Experience working with and deep understanding of media metrics such as share of voice, impressions, and sentiment analysis
- Ability to think on your feet and “get smart quickly” – understanding and learning different business sectors swiftly
- Excellent time management skills and project management capability (can execute against multiple tasks; keeps account team abreast of timelines, managing up to superiors to ensure deadlines are met)
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Meltwater, Muck Rack, TV Eyes and other monitoring tools
- Ability to travel as necessary contingent on client and new business needs (requirements vary)
- Experience working with or a passion for corporate/B2B clients is a plus!

• The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging processes for healthcare providers supporting federal, state, tribal, and other government healthcare contracts. • This position ensures compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, accreditation guidelines, and organizational policies. • The Credentialing Specialist serves as the primary liaison between providers, contracting agencies, licensing boards, and internal departments to ensure providers are fully credentialed and eligible for assignment. • Maintain accurate and complete credentialing files in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements. • Monitor expiration dates and proactively obtain updated documentation before expiration. • Ensure compliance with requirements established by Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), and The Joint Commission. • Review contract-specific credentialing requirements and ensure provider files meet all standards prior to deployment. • Assist with provider onboarding and clearance processes required for federal facilities. • Conduct periodic audits of credentialing files to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Generate reports on credentialing status, upcoming expirations, and provider readiness. • Identify opportunities to improve credentialing workflows and turnaround times.
• Help plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects • Responsible for managing material and equipment and assisting with people management • Ensure documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project • Maintain clear lines of communication between project managers, client personnel, subcontractor and vendor personnel • Communicates key project information to owners, design team, governing authorities, subcontractors, suppliers and others as required • Issue direction to subcontractor/vendor personnel based off of contract documents • Maintain accurate daily field reports • Create and adjust weekly detailed look-ahead schedule as it relates to the overall project schedule • Report any issues to project management team for resolution and enforcement • Document all jobsite conditions accurately • General housekeeping and cleanliness of project site • Schedule and attend inspections and walk throughs with client, inspecting authorities, designers, etc. • Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others • Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed • Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow • Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEOC for a small project or a major portion/all of a larger project depending on specific project assignment • Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work • Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site • Leads various meetings including any and all daily and weekly trade meetings and takes and distributes meeting notes • Attends, manages and participates in appropriate progress and/or project OAC meetings • Creates, manages, changes and implements the project’s schedule as needed, in conjunction with the Project Manager • Follows the project filing and documentation organization system as dictated for the project • Updates drawings, logs, diaries and inspection notebooks • Approves and/or records unit cost information for weekly reports and completes daily reports, logs and tracking reports • Evaluates progress on self-perform work and makes adjustments as needed • Manages material and equipment needs for the project • Assists in the selection of the formwork, tools and equipment necessary to complete self-perform operations • Manages timecard approval process to ensure reporting of accurate hours and proper cost codes • Ensures quality compliance through use of specifications, setting quality standards, in–house QA/QC and outside resources • Supports the project closeouts by supervising pre-punch activities and coordinating activities with the owner, architect and governing authorities • Partners with field leadership to establish field staffing for assigned project • Partners with project management to identify schedule and costs associated with project changes • Participates in the negotiation process with the owner and architect to gain agreement for project changes • Participates with the project team in preparation and presentation for all project review meetings, including the monthly review process and other key project meetings • Participates in the project buy out meetings with subcontractors and vendors • Understands and applies the terms and conditions of the owner and subcontractor contracts for the project
