• Participer à la conception de découpages organiques des solutions à mettre en place dans le respect des bonnes pratiques et des normes établies à la DGGIR; • Effectuer la programmation des travaux qui lui sont soumis, rédiger la documentation et exécuter les essais unitaires; • Soutenir l’équipe lors des cellules d’intervention afin d’assurer la continuité des services en production; • Participer au plan de mise en oeuvre (PM030) lors des migrations; • Participer aux travaux d’implantation des outils connexes au développement, tel que les outils de migration des composantes.
Job Requirements
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou en technologies de l’information.
- Posséder cinq (5) années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information;
- Posséder trois (3) années d’expérience à titre de technicien en informatique - programmation dans le PGI Oracle dans des projets de développement ou d’évolution utilisant les outils Oracle Forms ou Oracle Report ou JSP, obtenue au cours des six (6) années précédant la date de dépôt des soumissions.
- Avoir développé des rapports APEX.

• Own the canonical inventory of technology vendors. Tier vendors by spend, criticality, and risk. Maintain vendor records — contract data, renewal dates, points of contact, business owners — in the firm’s vendor management system of record. • Own a forward-looking renewal calendar with 12–24 months of visibility. Trigger renewal workflows 90–120 days ahead of expiration. Prepare renewal packets — current state, usage metrics, market comparables, negotiation positions — for IT and Procurement leadership. • Run RFP / RFQ / RFI processes for new technology purchases. Coordinate intake, vendor sourcing, evaluation criteria, scoring, and award recommendations. Surface contract risks proactively — auto-renewal cliffs, missed termination windows, price-escalation triggers, unfavorable end-of-term clauses. • Own the IT procurement intake workflow. Reduce cycle time. Establish standard intake forms, evaluation rubrics, and renewal playbooks. Mature the function from tactical (transaction processing) toward strategic (portfolio rationalization, vendor consolidation, structured negotiation).
