Role Description As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the development of BABLE's digital products, with a strong focus on the City Insights Manager platform. You will also play an active role in building and maintaining (AI-powered) automation processes that are scalable, using tools like Claude and others. You will work closely with developers, designers, urban innovation consultants, and external stakeholders to turn BABLE’s product vision into practical product improvements aligned with user needs and business goals. Your Responsibilities - Turn the product vision, roadmap, and priorities into action. - Translating user and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements. - Managing and prioritising product backlogs. - Coordinating agile product development processes. - Supporting user testing, product validation, and continuous improvement. - Conducting and supporting user research activities to better understand user needs and behaviours. - Collaborating with companies, cities, and partners to identify product opportunities. - Designing and maintaining AI-assisted workflows to automate and standardise internal and external processes. - Tracking product adoption, performance, and feedback, and translating insights into concrete next steps. Qualifications - Experience managing digital products or SaaS platforms. - Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. - Know how to handle data and databases, which is at the core of our digital products. - Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms) and a genuine interest in building AI-powered workflows. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - An analytical and user centric mindset. - The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. - Experience with B2B or SaaS is a strong plus. - Familiarity with smart city technologies or data platforms is a plus. Role Description Dragos is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to join the new Neighborhood Keeper product team, building and evolving Dragos's collective defense platform for industrial cybersecurity. Neighborhood Keeper enables anonymous, machine-speed sharing of extended operational technology (xOT) threat intelligence, spanning traditional OT and ICS control systems, industrial IoT devices, and the enterprise-connected infrastructure that influences physical operations, across industries and geographic regions, empowering critical infrastructure operators, from small utilities and municipalities to large industrial enterprises, to defend their environments collectively. You will work closely with the product team, leadership, internal stakeholders, customers, and trusted advisor partners, including government agencies and ISACs, to drive an effective product roadmap through discovery, prioritization, definition, and execution for Neighborhood Keeper.
