Job Requirements
- Scientific, healthcare or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, PA)
- 2+ years of MSL field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in clinical R&D and/or medical affairs preferred
- Clinical experience in neurology, hematology, immunology, and/or rare diseases is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license
- Must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport to support required travel
- Ability for 50% travel

• Maintain and repair airframes and related components, including flight controls, hydraulics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. • Conduct the disassembly of aircraft by removing components, cleaning/inspecting and properly tagging parts for inventory. • Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections and repair in accordance with regulations, manufacturer instructions and company policies. • Applies technical knowledge of aircraft systems to effectively troubleshoot and determine system and equipment malfunctions. • Install, configure, test, and maintain Starlink satellite communication systems on aircraft, ensuring proper integration with existing avionics systems. • Perform wiring, antenna installation, mounting, and system calibration for Starlink equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and STC documentation. • Conduct post-installation testing and troubleshooting of Starlink connectivity, signal performance, and system reliability. • Maintains records in compliance with FAA and Company standards, including Starlink installation records. • Coordinate with maintenance control, and OEM/vendor support teams for Starlink system upgrades, modifications, and issue resolution. • Ensure all tools, test equipment, and Starlink-specific diagnostic devices are properly maintained and calibrated. • Maintains premises of the shop facility in a clean and organized manner.
• Install, modify, and integrate Starlink antenna systems and mounting structures on various aircraft • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and installation manuals specific to Starlink aviation hardware • Fabricate and install custom sheet metal brackets, support structures, and enclosures for satellite equipment • Perform precision drilling, riveting, and fastening to ensure structural integrity and secure installation of components • Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements related to aircraft modifications • Collaborate with avionics technicians, and Starlink technical teams to optimize installation procedures • Conduct structural inspections and perform necessary repairs or reinforcements to support antenna loads • Use advanced sheet metal fabrication tools, including shears, brakes, and CNC equipment, to manufacture installation components • Apply corrosion protection treatments and proper sealing techniques to prevent environmental damage • Maintain detailed records of modifications, repairs, and installation processes for compliance and certification purposes
