Job Requirements

  • Maďarčinu na úrovni rodeného hovoriaceho alebo C1
  • Angličtinu na úrovni B2 alebo vyššej
  • Preukázateľné skúsenosti s vedením ľudí v oblasti Customer Experience alebo zákazníckej starostlivosti
  • Dátový a analytický prístup k metrikám ako NPS, CSAT, CES alebo AHT
  • Excelentné komunikačné schopnosti
  • Schopnosť načúvať a riešiť komplexné situácie s pokojom a ľudským prístupom
  • Chuť neustále posúvať veci dopredu a prichádzať s inováciami v oblasti CX
