Job Requirements
- Maďarčinu na úrovni rodeného hovoriaceho alebo C1
- Angličtinu na úrovni B2 alebo vyššej
- Preukázateľné skúsenosti s vedením ľudí v oblasti Customer Experience alebo zákazníckej starostlivosti
- Dátový a analytický prístup k metrikám ako NPS, CSAT, CES alebo AHT
- Excelentné komunikačné schopnosti
- Schopnosť načúvať a riešiť komplexné situácie s pokojom a ľudským prístupom
- Chuť neustále posúvať veci dopredu a prichádzať s inováciami v oblasti CX
