Finance Specialist – P2P & Accounting

• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting operations • Ensure accurate processing of invoices, month-end closing activities, and compliance requirements • Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting tasks • Maintain high-quality data integrity and documentation standards • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal control frameworks • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions • Provide support during audits and regulatory processes • Contribute to continuous process improvements
Job Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in P2P, Accounting, or Finance operations
- Good understanding of Polish accounting standards and basic German GAAP
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Structured, organized, and proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent Polish and basic German and English skills (reading and conversational level)
