• Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kundenberatung, Einkauf, Abrechnung und Controlling in allen Stammdaten-Fragen • Du übersetzt Kundenverträge und Informationen aus der Kundenberatung in korrekte Einstellungen in DML und Maconomy sowie Kreditoren in SAP/Ariba • Du pflegst und verwaltest zentrale Stammdaten in unserem Mediaabwicklungssystem DML • Du entwickelst Stammdatenprozesse aktiv weiter wie z.B. klare Guidelines, einheitliche Standards, Abbau von Komplexität • Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und arbeitest an ihrer Umsetzung mit • Du schulst interne Anwender und unterstützt beim Aufbau von Key-User-Kompetenz in den Teams • Du unterstützt bei Finance-Prozessen und trägst zur datenbasierten Steuerung der Gruppe bei

Job Requirements

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis für die Mediabranche mit.
  • Mediaplanung, -einkauf und -abrechnung sind für dich kein Neuland
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Mediaabwicklungssystem – idealerweise DML
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und präzise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du kannst komplexe Anforderungen aus Verträgen und Briefings in technische Einstellungen übersetzen
  • Du kommunizierst klar und souverän an unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen z.B. intern mit Kundenberatung, Einkauf, Abrechnung und Controlling
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Maconomy) und buchhalterische Grundkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Role Description - Review data from a 7-day audio listening diary and key/transfer information (postmark date, qualitative yes/no checkbox answers, age, zip code, start time, stop time, station information, band and/or location) to a Nielsen database. - Understand, interpret, and follow a complex set of business rules and procedures. - Flag entries with invalid or ambiguous information for further review as defined by policy guidelines. - Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary. - Adhere to quality and productivity goals. - Understand production workflow and daily deadlines. - Assist with special projects as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns.
