• Coordination of qualitative projects and assisting the Project Manager. • Recruiting respondents for projects in local language. • Management and control of vendors for selected qualitative projects. • Ensuring M3 achieves and exceeds client expectations. • Checking deliverables from vendors and managing their progress. • Maintaining relationships with freelancers and vendors.

• Facilitates bid process by qualifying RFP’s, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients • Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools • Keeps the company’s CRM tool updated with delivered bids • Works with Account Directors and Sales Directors to develop, expands and leverage the client relationship with focus on developing incremental revenue through closing sales, effective upselling and managing client expectations during delivery phase • Assists the Client Services Team during project delivery with additional information and partner source, if required • Assists in presentations, and other sales related activities, required by the Sales Director and Account Directors • Complies with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards

• Support the change management coordinator on a day-to-day basis. • Assist with coordination of CAB meetings, covering absences as required • Assist change requestors with the CSV/GxP process in partnership with the Quality team, checking submissions for completeness and coordinating initial reviews. • Maintain standard change templates (content updates, version control, review reminders) in line with ITIL expectations. • Assist with emergency change administration where applicable and ensure required documentation is completed within defined timeframes. • Support change reviews, documenting findings and coordinating follow-up actions with the improvement coordinator. • Occasionally assist in other duties as required in the IT Service Management team – Documentation, Knowledge articles etc.

• Work with the project design leads for AV and lighting to develop comprehensive control systems • Participate in creating drawings, schedules, and specifications packages • Communicate with the design leads and understand the project’s objectives • Work with the design staff to develop project deliverables • Assist in on-site installation supervision, integration, and programming for projects • Provide equipment research and communicate with manufacturers • Attend project meetings and provide meeting agendas and notes • Perform QAQC on all client deliverables • Travel to the project site and client meetings as required
