Fleet Technical Specialist – Flying Doc
MSX International
• Perform on-site and remote interventions to support dealers, authorized workshops and technical centers across Europe to reduce vehicle downtime and backlogs. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents on customer vehicles, including advanced electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults. • Analyze issues affecting individual vehicles as well as systematic fault patterns impacting multiple vehicles; derive immediate containment actions and corrective measures. • Use OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., wiTECH POD, DiagBOX VCI) for guided diagnostics, software updates, reprogramming and parameterization. • Handle individual cases as well as cross-cutting technical topics across entire fleets. • Produce clear technical reports and case updates. • Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance. • Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement processes.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in vehicle diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic faults
- Practical experience with OEM diagnostic tools
- Confident use of wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience collaborating with workshops, engineering or technical teams
- Ability to support and mentor technicians
- Preferred: field service or multi-site support experience, multi-brand experience, and background in technical support for an OEM/importer
- Good written and spoken English required
- Additional European languages are an advantage
