• Research on change management methods for AI in industry • Development of a procedure model for participatory change management between providers and customers, including practitioner interviews • Generalization of the procedure model into a method toolkit for participatory change management • Validation of the results with industry partners such as Henkel

• The primary responsibility of the internal appraiser is to conduct thorough appraisals by providing detailed, unbiased estimates of property value based on a comprehensive analysis of market trends, property condition, and comparable sales. • In addition to completing appraisals, the internal appraiser ensures compliance with industry regulations and client requirements, working closely with our other RPS teams to ensure reports are delivered on time and any issues related to the appraisal process are resolved. • This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal RPS teams to ensure a seamless process from order to completion.
