Staff Appraiser
RPS Real Property Solutions
• An RPS staff appraiser’s primary responsibility is to conduct thorough property evaluations by providing detailed, unbiased assessments of property value based on comprehensive analysis of market trends, property conditions, and comparable sales. • In addition to conducting appraisals, the staff appraiser ensures adherence to industry regulations and client requirements, working closely with other teams to ensure timely report delivery and resolution of any issues related to the appraisal process. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, appraisers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless process from order to completion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of appraisal experience.
- Customer Obsessed – understand our appraisers and clients, anticipate and strive to exceed the customers’ expectations
- Interpersonal Skills – have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and facilitate constructive interactions
- Active listening skills – keen ability to listen attentively, comprehend the full message being communicated, respond thoughtfully, and retain key information.
