Role Description We are seeking a passionate Security Engineer (SE) for our Cybersecurity Presales Engineering team supporting the Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments in the Central and Western United States. This role focuses on delivering technical expertise and solutions to customers, collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive technical strategy and address cybersecurity challenges specific to the Commercial market. Qualifications - Experience in Cybersecurity Presales, Customer Success, Engineering, or Solution Architecture. - Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends. - 1-3 years in a technical role such as solutions engineer, consultant, or customer success engineer with a solid understanding of Cybersecurity solutions, Networking basics, Industry terminology, markets, and customer needs. Requirements - Strong technical skills in cybersecurity Presales, engineering, or solution architecture. - Enthusiastic about technology and eager to engage with customers and partners to deliver impactful solutions. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute technical sales strategies tailored to SMB and Mid Market customers. - Translate complex cybersecurity technologies into clear, approachable concepts for diverse audiences. - Demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to a winning sales team and customer success.
