• Establish yourself as a subject matter authority as you assist with the processing of policies and related documentation. • Demonstrate your skills as you execute activities such as confirmation of new and renewal policies, recording of policy receipts and deliveries, verification of endorsements, collection and review of audits and dividends and order corrections. • Spruce up your skills by becoming a specialist on moderately to highly sophisticated accounts as an Account Executive. • Pick up knowledge of market and relationship management while flexing your negotiation skills. • Collect and analyze data and drafts, including assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation. • Challenge yourself by undertaking new and stimulating projects!
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
- Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Review and analyze court record documents and dockets with high accuracy • Conduct in-depth online research using government databases and tools • Order and verify legal documents from researchers and court clerks • Interpret legal documents and apply client-specific and federal/state restrictions (FCRA knowledge is a plus) • Prepare thorough, high-quality investigative reports within strict deadlines • Maintain real-time updates in internal systems and flag delays or discrepancies • Communicate effectively with courts, clerks, and other government entities • Suggest and implement improvements in process, workflow, and team communication • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information • Conduct online and/or in-person searches of public court records across various jurisdictions • Accurately identify, interpret, and document criminal case information • Follow established KENTECH research protocols and FCRA-compliant procedures • Maintain daily productivity and quality targets • Flag any discrepancies, sealed records, or potential identity mismatches • Communicate with team leads when clarification or escalations are needed • Log research activity and maintain chain-of-custody documentation in case management system • Stay current on jurisdiction-specific access requirements and legal updates.
