Client Delivery Specialist
EnableComp
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts. • Develop understanding of client contracts, workflows, and service-line scope. • Support interpretation of operational data and trends. • Lead/client meetings, operational touchpoints, and reviews. • Identify operational risks, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor operational performance indicators. • Support root cause analysis and contribute to action plans. • Track action items and follow-ups. • Escalate issues to Client Delivery Director. • Prepare monthly operational reviews, reporting packages, and client-facing materials. • Accurately document client interactions in CRM.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles.
- Foundational understanding of operational workflows and data interpretation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare technology or RCM industry.
- Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes and insurance billing.
- Timely and regular attendance.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
