Clinical Data Abstractor III
N-Power Medicine, Inc.
• Curate high-quality oncology datasets from various EHR platforms into proprietary or third-party EDC systems • Ensure compliance with NPM policies, SOPs, and GCP standards • Abstract comprehensive clinical information including patient history, diagnosis, treatments, disease progression, and genomic results • Contribute to continuous process improvement by offering feedback on workflows and user experience • Collaborate with quality management and biostatistics to resolve data issues • Participate in the development of the platform with data and software teams • Availability during core business hours with flexibility for team meetings as required
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with oncology data abstraction/curation from health information systems utilizing industry standard data ontologies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification preferred
- Oncology/Hematology RN/LPN, or Clinical Research Associate (CRA), or certified in an NCRA Accredited Program or comparable professional experience, preferred
- Experience in both solid tumor and hematologic malignancy abstraction
- Familiarity with genomic testing in cancer, preferred
- Experience with OncoEMR and/or EPIC, preferred
- Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHRs) and follow proprietary guidance documents
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize in complex environments
- Technical savvy and a strong desire to learn new systems and technology
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
- Excellent oral/written communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to drive a paradigm change in clinical research conduct
- Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA regulated clinical trials research requirements, preferred

• Investigates and analyzes Motor Vehicle Accident accounts to properly identify and coordinate insurance benefits and resolve outstanding balances for clients. • Acts as the liaison between EnableComp clients, patient attorneys, and insurance companies. • Responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security regarding confidential and proprietary information.
