Construction Projects Coordinator
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Supporting project managers throughout the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through construction and final closeout. • Maintaining project documentation and files in compliance with JLL and Client requirements. • Navigating and performing tasks efficiently across multiple systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow. • Processing purchase orders, change orders, and budget approvals while maintaining meticulous project documentation. • Coordinating with vendors and supporting Project Managers with vendor management activities. • Reviewing vendor invoices to confirm accuracy of billing information. • Monitoring project databases and real-time reporting systems to maintain data integrity. • Utilizing PDS technology platforms to support account metrics and analyze performance data. • Developing subject matter expertise in the Ingenious platform to serve as a resource for Project Managers. • Collaborating closely with PMO teammates to implement best practices and support process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in construction management or real estate management in a project administration, coordination, or accounting support capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed corporate environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate succinctly and professionally with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple technology platforms and systems simultaneously.
