Job Description
Construction Projects Coordinator
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Supporting project managers throughout the complete project lifecycle • Maintaining project documentation and files in compliance with JLL and Client requirements • Navigating and performing tasks efficiently across multiple systems and platforms • Processing purchase orders, change orders, and budget approvals • Coordinating with vendors and supporting Project Managers with vendor management activities • Reviewing vendor invoices to confirm accuracy of billing information • Monitoring project databases and real-time reporting systems • Utilizing PDS technology platforms to support account metrics • Collaborating closely with your PMO teammates
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in construction management or real estate management
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple technology platforms
