Senior PPM Specialist

PPM Works, Inc.

• Collaborate with teams located throughout the country • Provide well-crafted recommendations and solutions to meet our clients’ challenges • Run client engagements and work on collaborative teams • Ensure client satisfaction, process design, system development, and configuration • Lead projects and interact with C-Level management • Assist clients with identification and synthesis of solutions while implementing the technical components of those solutions • Help in customer awareness, team sales, recruiting, promotion, and support when needed

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in project management, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), or Microsoft SharePoint consulting
  • 4+ years in technology consulting
  • Implementation experience of an enterprise solution
  • Analytically inclined with an understanding of data and how to apply it for problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal-communication, and organizational skills
  • Savvy ability to manage relationships
  • Be organized and detail-oriented enough to manage projects with many moving parts
  • Love to teach and share knowledge
  • PMP, MCTS Certifications (will be required to obtain these certifications within 90 days of hire)

• Supervise the crew on-site and manage the execution of soil and earthwork construction performed • Monitor the daily progress in accordance with the project schedule, drawings, and technical specification documents • Work closely with site safety to reinforce RECON's culture of safety on-site; ensure all employees remain in compliance with safety plans, company policies and procedures • Assist project management with daily morning safety meetings on-site • Evaluate the competencies of craft employees to ensure safe operation of heavy equipment to mitigate company risk and address any safety concerns • Monitor the performance levels of the crew working on-site, including training, coaching and disciplinary action to RECON team • Generate daily reports, document progress and production with a high level of accuracy • Prepare and track daily time sheets to align with the completion of work activities • Maintain an adequate inventory of materials and heavy equipment on-site that consistently support production deadlines and adhere to the budget for the scope of work • Ensure work performed on-site is conducted in compliance with quality standards, and within the scope of the contract in place with clients • Conduct incident and accident investigations with the site safety team, report any issues as needed to mitigate risk while ensuring the safety of all employees working on-site • Lead efforts to integrate subcontractors into RECON's high level of safety standards on the project site, educate and mentor team members as needed • Manage production goals for project estimates, share input and feedback regarding the overall management of project safety, productivity, the quality of work, and financial status of the project with the Project Manager
