Pool Service Technician
ServiceMaster Restore®
• Perform routine pool maintenance including vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets. • Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals as needed to ensure proper levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other water quality standards. • Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; identify issues and perform basic repairs or recommend further service. • Clean and maintain pool decks, equipment areas, and surrounding environments. • Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, and customer interactions. • Communicate professionally with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance recommendations, and any necessary repairs. • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to protect yourself, customers, and property. • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
