• Perform routine pool maintenance including vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets. • Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals as needed to ensure proper levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other water quality standards. • Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; identify issues and perform basic repairs or recommend further service. • Clean and maintain pool decks, equipment areas, and surrounding environments. • Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, and customer interactions. • Communicate professionally with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance recommendations, and any necessary repairs. • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to protect yourself, customers, and property. • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. • Assist customers with product or service-related questions and concerns. • Document and track customer interactions and feedback. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. • Contribute to the development of customer service processes and procedures.

• Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. • Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing and correcting errors. • Process and manage documents, forms, and reports to ensure accurate data entry. • Conduct data cleansing and formatting tasks as needed. • Generate and maintain reports on data entry activities and metrics. • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support as required. • Follow data handling and confidentiality guidelines to safeguard information. • Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
