• Perform on-site installation, start-up, and commissioning of automation and materials-handling equipment • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections • Accurately document service activities and time worked • Uphold company values and professional conduct

• Perform planned and corrective service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning on centrifugal and large-tonnage water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (all OEMs). • Diagnose mechanical and control issues and implement effective solutions. • Complete service documentation accurately and on time. • Participate in the on-call/standby roster as required. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices. • Foster strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. • Comply with all company, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times. • Actively participate in technical training programs and service meetings. • Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and presenting solutions to customers.
