Business Operation Intern – Mobile App

• Design and execute strategies to grow our user base across multiple AI products • Test and optimize sales and marketing workflows (outreach, onboarding, conversion) • Collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmap with go-to-market feedback • Conduct competitive and customer research to support positioning • Build internal dashboards to monitor growth, retention, and funnel metrics • Identify and scale repeatable processes across sales, marketing, and operations
Job Requirements
- MBA or equivalent business education preferred
- Experience in a startup or early-stage product environment
- Passion for AI, ML, or analytics-powered products
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skillsyou know how to turn ideas into action
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and work independently

• Perform a variety of patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification duties • Exhibit strong and care-focused customer service skills in daily interaction with the public, patients, staff, and physicians • Scheduling, changing, and updating patient appointments • Interview patients for demographic information, evaluate eligibility, collect co-pays, deductibles • Contact insurance carriers to verify patient’s insurance eligibility, benefits, and requirements • Request, track and obtain pre-authorization from insurance carriers • Process insurance authorizations and update patient records • Research referrals to deny or approve based on information obtained • Operate online insurance verification websites • Communicate any insurance changes or trends among team • Respond to patient inquiries, questions, and scheduling requests
• Complete psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses related to patients substance use-specific obstacles • Provide high-quality clinical care utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Treatment) • Formulate individualized treatment plans for/with each patient and track progress • Input notes and all other relevant information into EMR • Communicate and partner with other members of the patients care team to properly coordinate care
